Jansen Kunststoffen – founded by Paul Jansen – has been manufacturing plastic sheets and products for more than 50 years for a huge variety of applications. Jansen Kunststoffen stands out by the continuous development of new high quality products. Many of our products are made from carefully selected, post-industrial, recycled materials.

We produce plastic sheets that can be extruded in any desired size and colour. We can supply the sheets in co-extrusion, in any colour desired and – if preferred additionally – also with various structures. As raw material we mainly use polyolefin based (re)granulates and regrinds. Your wish is our command.

Recycling of Plastics in a Circular Economy

Jansen Kunststoffen is using recycled plastics, nearly all of it being post-industrial qualities.

Due to inhouse modifications Jansen Kunststoffen is able to process singular or combined granular resp. grind materials. The balance of production waste will be grinded and reused in the production process. By doing so, 99% of the internal material waste is reprocessed.

Residual heat generated by the production process is reused in the central heating system. In collaboration with dedicated chain partners, products with an expired economic life – previously being cleaned and shredded – are reprocessed in the production process.

Extruded welding wire 

Extruded welding wireWe can produce welding wire in any colour composed from virgin up to (re)granulated compounds. Hence, it is possible to extrude wire from the same material as the base sheet material. We supply plastic welding wire for professional welding tools in thicknesses of ø 3mm, ø 4mm ø 5mm.

Additional specialties
